 [FNV] Third person animation replacer for binoculars?

The third person animation for the crouching and normal stance are looking really weird in my game

Had been googline for something like "third person binocular animation replacer" but found nothing.

Would be nice if someone could point out if there is one or not.

@"anstand" You're using a_blind_man's binocular mod? In the last update he included custom 1st person animation for his binocular. He said he's working on 3rd person animation and hopefully he will be able to implement it in the next update. I guess we have to be patient for now Smile 

But if someone else found a 3rd person binocular anim from other modders, that would be cool

nope, am just using the third person weapon animation replacer + hitmans47 sneak animation (and his reload animations)

@"anstand" yeah I saw your screenshots, but the buildings kinda look similar to FO4 and you have nicer graphics than vanilla, and I'm on my phone now. I just realized the pipboy is different than FO4. Sorry my bad!

Are you using hitman's animation replacer or haxorus shiny ? maybe these are the cause of that

Hitman's Animation replacer. Yes.

Would have to know which file is responsible for the replaced animation though.

@anstand The issue here is that pistols and binoculars use the same 3rd person animations. So if you remove those animations, the binoculars will look okay in your hands, however the 3rd person pistol animations will return back to their vanilla look. You'll simply have to make up your mind what you prefer here.

The animation files for the third person are located in your Fallout New Vegas data/meshes/characters/_male folder. Specifically, you have to delete 1hpaim, 1hpaimdown, 1hp aimup for the normal stance, and sneak1hpaim, sneak1hpaimdown, sneak1hpaimup for the crouching stance. Doing all that should return the look of the binoculars grip to normal. If there are still problems present, you should also delete the binoculars mesh that comes with Hitman's mod, but I think that won't be neccessary. It's located in the meshes/weapons/1handmelee folder, just in case.
