My specs are an Intel i7-4790k and gtx 970 with 4gb of v-ram. I'm currently using Rust enb and get frames around 60-70 and was wondering if there are any better enb's out there and if the frames im getting with rust match the set up I currently have.

I use hitman47101's 47 enb and weather mod. It has pretty good performance and imo it's the best looking enb out there. You can find it here:http://www.gunetwork.org/t1659-fnvrelease-47-enb-and-weather-mod

I'm on a GTX 1080 and an i7-4790k and I cap my fps at 60, but if I uncap it it goes around 120fps with 4k texture mods on. So you would get around 60-70 fps with this as well Smile

If for fallout 3 blackout enb is pretty good or fallout 3 midhrastic enb although blackout was designed with fallout new vegas in mind you can adjust a few things to get it work properly if you need help with it just let me know!

For new vegas Dynamo, Blackout, and rudy. Dynamo and blackout are much mroe performance friendly rudy is extensive and does take some moving things around to get them to work with some mods but the pay off is amazing

If TTW or standalone games what the other posters said Hitmans Enb is amazing Top notch work and the best Enb for quality and performance.

Fallout 4 id recommend The Stalker Enb, the Photorealsim enb and Cinematic Excellence ENB its all up to preference there.

Here are the links to them all so you can comapre what you like and your taste:

Fallout 3

Midharstic http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18107/?
Blackout http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48203/? Just put the files in the same way you would in NV

Fallout New vegas

Dynamo http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53521/?
Blackout http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48203/?
Rudy http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55076/?

TTW or either game
Enb 47 part to which is linked to above by the other poster Smile

Fallout 4

Stalker fx and enb http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/86/? Really adds that gloomy feel its my personal favorite
Photorealistic enb http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6796/?
Cinematic Excellence ENB http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/95/?

Hope this helps Smile
If you have any questions feel free to PM me as well mate

Jay's ENB. No going back for me after playing with it for around 8 hours. Hands down the best ENB imo.

Hitman47101 has a wonderful ENB titled Hitmans ENB 2 and it also has a performance version that I personally use, it even comes with a fancy weather mod that looks fantastic.

You can find it here!
