PostSubject: Ted Strayer Fleeing Bug   Mon Feb 24, 2014 11:12 pm

Need help, I called Ted Strayer a worthless junkie when first meeting him and he cowered and is now stuck in Fleeing mode. I waited long enough to where he should have quit fleeing by now and still is stuck in the middle of the Market. It is not game breaking but is rather annoying me.
Does anyone know of anyway to get him to stop fleeing and get back to normal?

I have tried Disable/Enable and Kill/Resurrect to no avail.
Is there any other console commands that might work?

You could try "set aggression 0", which will make him unhostile and should stop him from fleeing. "stopcombat" could work too. Also you could add him to the player faction as an ally which would stop him from fleeing too.

I know this might sound stupid but it may likely be from a mod installed. I've played Fallout 3 for about five years on both 360 and PC and never encountered this issue so that's what makes me think it is the result of a mod. What I would do at this point would be to create a copy of your save game, save your load order, and then try troubleshooting the problem. I've ran into a few mods that caused unnecessary changes in the past. (i.e. Fort Exodus)

That happened to me awhile back. I opened up console and clicked him, typed in resetai and he went back to normal. Well as normal as Ted can be. Wink
