Location: El Paso, Texas/ Jarrez, Mexico

New Weapons: HK416-Assault Rifle, Mossberg 870-Shotgun, P226-Pistol, M240-Machine Gun, M24-Sniper Rifle -more to come-

New Creature: The Beast- A genetic crossbreed between a Yao Gui and Deathclaw, no one knows where it came from or how it came to be, but the stories surrounding it have people staying away from the Texas-Mexico Border Wall.

Story: You are a farmer, your family have managed a very profitable living in the Brahmin industry. One day a stranger in Ranger Combat Armor walks onto your property. Pa grabs his double barrel and points it at the Stranger. The man announces himself, he is know as Banning, a former Desert Ranger turned Bounty Hunter. Pa asks for the man's intentions, supplies and a nights rest is all he asks for and needs. Reluctantly Pa let's Banning in. The following night you are awoken by screams of terror and gunfire. You rush out of bed and head down stairs to find your family slain. "I'm sorry kid..." Banning says. You see three dead bandits all in Legion armor. "There were just too many..." Several of the Legion soldiers hauled ass towards the Tex-Mex Border. "If you want to avenge your folks kid, best come with me." Thus your tale for vengeance begins, along the way you'll meet new friends and enemies, people who are still living in the past with the old American ways, some rather unusual characters and a mysterious faction who boasted a position of strength so many years ago.

Game Ending: A bounty hunter's job is never done Wink

Theme: Definitely some form of orange

Possible DLCs and Possible Co-Op Story

Re: Write a Fallout 4 Story line!

Post by snorkelspy on Wed Dec 17, 2014 12:06 am

I started writing and couldn't stop, it is very very long, read at your own risk study

Location: Boston

Story:

Spoiler:
Scientific progress is the name of the game here, the Commonwealth is sufficiently protected by highly advanced self replicating and repairing robots with their human (often more machine than man) controllers. A very reclusive state, there is little interest of expansion into the uncivilized and dangerous wastes. Science, here like Big MT has no legal restraints, allowing for remarkable AI advancements, cybernetic augmentations, medical breakthroughs and genetic breeding at horrific costs.

You are a hunter, tasked by hunt down whatever or whoever Talon Co. scientists require for testing, or your hostage family will be next. However, after being tasked to hunt down an escaped android, you are attacked by the Railroad and wake up literally a new person. Through out the story, you are used as part of the Railroad's guerrilla army to take down the scientific inhuman technocracy, come into contact with a retreating Enclave who might become allies, learn about your past with Talon Co and their social experiments in the capital wasteland.

Are you an android, or were you rewritten with mind altering drugs? How far are you willing to go with augmentations? Will you continue to aid the Railroad's revolution and freedom for androids or will you disregard the short term consequences and aid Talon Co's push to out strip the Institute and aim for the stars? Do the androids have an agenda of their own? What happened to the 'failed' genetic test subjects from over the years?

At the end, you can die depending on how you role play. But, also depending on your role play, is surviving worth it?

New weapon types:

Spoiler:
Massive: must be set up prior to firing.

Autonomous: after being placed, it fires at all deemed hostile within a certain area. Sub types include Blind, which fires upon anything that triggers it's sensors, including you. Guardian, fires upon anyone without a friendly tag, be sure you and your companions have one before setting one up! Smart, can be set up to fire upon only certain targets, allowing you to focus fire elsewhere. Last one requires augmentation, the Linked class fires at only those who're hostile to you and can be set through pip boy menu to fire at your target, at a companion's target, the whoever is targeting you or your companions, or the weakest, strongest, closest or furthest enemy.

New Creatures:

Spoiler:
1: Lanky men. Genetic disaster that was able to breed. Excessively long arms, legs and neck. Feral?

2: Donor rats. Rare medical lab escapee, these giant mole rats are able to clone any human's body part on their back if fed a piece. Very useful.

3: Mammoths. Thought Yao Guai were on steroids? Give them a lot more, ultra jet on tap and make them twice the size of the largest of their natural kin. Then add armor plating and various turrets to their back and cyber augmentations to allow humans to control them. Part of the Commonwealth defense force. Hmmmm, what happens if I manage to frenzy it....

4: Flying monkeys. Need I say more? Oh yeah, they may or may not have guns and they always swarm.

5: Rocket raccoons. Fast fast fast single minded creatures that look more like modern wolverines. Used en masse by the defense force as a terror tactic, distraction or to wipe out groups of enemies without wasting rounds. they breed like rabbits.

6: Moles. They're much bigger and stronger due to radiation and often times used as messengers by the Railroad because they can't be traced like radios or easily intercepted.

7: Sappers. Snakes. Snakes with too many teeth that burrow and undermine the ground beneath their prey. They work in groups. The defense force employs faster and more lethal mechanical versions. Often used to combat moles.
New Weapons:
tl/dr lots
Spoiler:

Mods available for all

1: Shredder. Rotary barrel shotgun, carried like a minigun.

2: Tracker. Fires locator tags. Limited effectiveness against humans because they're smart enough to remove them.

3: Ballista. Massive crossbow like weapon, can pin multiple enemies into a gruesome kabob.

4: Boom stick. Different types, most are one use melee but usually thrown. Called boom sticks because they're like spears tipped with explosives or shotgun rounds.

6: Laser cutter. A very powerful laser beam that rapidly disperses. Requires SECs and does not deflect laser/plasma blasts.

7: Plasma cutter. Much more powerful version of the laser cutter. Also much more expensive because it uses MFCs.

8: Rail Cannon. Massive weapon that fires a large plasma slug at high speeds, capable of piercing through enemies and walls.

9: CDF Rifle. Standard issue rifle of the Commonwealth Defense Force. Very high fire rate, very deep magazine and very accurate. However it is prone to over heating, requires high maintenance and jams often if not in top condition.

10: CDF LMG. Used by late game appearing CDF heavies. Very accurate and powerful, can destroy cover. As with all CDF weapons, requires very high maintenance to be dependable.

11: MEW Launcher. Multiple Expanding Warheads launcher fires special rockets that carpet bomb and area. Different munitions available.

12: Anti Tank Rifle. Modeled off a WWII museum piece, this 20mm massive weapon will put anything down, for a hefty price. 20mm rounds are expensive!

13: Blow gun. Archaic, shoots darts which are often poisoned.

14: Bows and crossbows. Because we need them.

15: CDF Shotgun. Think of a recoilless AA-12. Same CDF vulnerability.

16: Magnum. The only weapon carried by CDF personnel that is extremely durable. It is a powerful 38. magnum pistol. Good up to around mid game.

17: Beam Rifle. A continuous beam of destructive energy.

18: Plasma Launcher. Fires a large gob of burning plasma that stays in place for a while.

19: Plasma Repeater. Pretty much the same weapon from the PN mod. It is a rapid fire plasma rifle.

19: Particle Rifle. Finally a decent energy sniper alternative to the guass gun!

20: TC-14. Talon co rifle with multiple optional attachments. Burst fire only.

21: TC-E78. Used to temporarily take down androids or other machines without causing permanent damage. Required weapon for android hunters. Ineffective against anything bigger than an android.

22: TC-L42. Talon co laser smg.

23: TC-LR20. Talon co laser rifle. Mid to long range weapon.

24: TC-12. Talon co variant of the combat shotgun.

25: Marauder. Small rapid fire wrist mounted gun. Laser, plasma and flame variants.

26: Net gun. For catching things.

27: Flechette gun. Fires a small cluster of spikes.

28: Prism cannon. Much more beams and spread compared to the tri-beam laser rifle. Comparable to most shotguns.

29: Modified prism cannon. No prism makes this laser cannon absolutely devastating. but the lack of safety features temporarily blinds and slightly damages the user and takes massive toll on the weapon's durability.

30: Electro stick. Baton that causes electro damage. Has a chance to make organics collapse and causes additional damage to machines.

31: Multi channel detonator. Now you can place many remote charges and detonate them sets at a time instead of all at once.

32: Remote charges. All mines can now be turned into remote versions, certain thrown explosives can be made remote and briefcase bombs are craft-able with varying payloads.

33: Tear gas grenade. Disorients and lowers PER and accuracy.

34: Bear claw traps. Now you can set these pesky things Smile

35: Sticky bomb. Sticks to all surfaces, including you. Remote version available.

36: Disintegrator. Massive emplaced laser gun. Can draw ammo from your inventory or from an ammo box placed near by to help budget this SEC guzzler.

37: Solar Flare. Massive emplace laser gun. Uses solar energy to draw power and only begins to do so after being placed. Needs to be set days in advance to be viable, but the powerful continuous beam is well worth the foresight.

38: HMG. Massive emplaced 50. cal chewing emplacement. The heavy recoil lowers accuracy slightly. If wearing power armor, it is possible to fire free handed but it's accuracy becomes laughable.

39: Skorpion Launcher. Massive rocket launcher that fires salvos of small anti personnel rockets. Good against light armor, but very expensive to use.

40: Bodkin Launcher. Massive rocket launcher that fires one anti armor rocket with little splash damage.

Companion Control

Spoiler:
You can have multiple companions and can now give them customized tactics (Dragon Age: Origins style) and commands in the middle of battle.

Some are mere mercenaries that vary in availability and have no story attached, but if you get too many killed, that particular mercenary company will raise it's prices just for you.

Vehicles and Robots

Spoiler:
I know most of you will not want vehicles, but hear me out...

The CDF is the only group that should have access to tank-like vehicles. The player can hijack one, but will need training to use and a crew unless you want to switch seats every time you want to do something. Illegal to use unless you happen to become a tank (Walker or Crusher) commander

The Enclave are not the only ones with Vertibirds. Once again, you will need training to even use it and a crew to use it effectively. Only the CDF has armed and armored versions, once again illegal unless you happen to be a CDF pilot. Civilians make do with open single rotor contraptions. Being a certified civilian is not easy and quite expensive.

There are boats. Anything bigger than a paddle or small motor boat needs training and a crew

Most vehicles are only usable on roads and in towns, the rough nature of the normal ground is destructive and mechanics become more expensive the further from town you are and nearly impossible to find if outside the Commonwealth.

In the Commonwealth, vehicles are fairly common and there is traffic on the roads, everywhere. Follow the rules of the road if you don't want CDF police (CDFP) on you.

They are going to be common, but that doesn't mean they are free for the taking. The CDFP rivals the Legion when it comes to crime within their borders and they are not easy to bribe.

Available civilian vehicles are inspired by the derelicts you see in the previous games. If you dare to drive them outside the Commonwealth, bandits will likely shoot it up and your expensive car is toast.

All vehicles run on Nuka cells that require a steady flow of cooleant. Or you blow up and die.

In the Creatures section, I mentioned unholy unions of machine and beast, but people have volunteered for this too. They are brains in jars that can be placed in a variety of contraptions, such as advanced robobrains, spyder walkers and the floating scientist types that you meet in Big MT

Now on to new robots:

Walker tank: Rocky and steep terrain is no problem for this heavy vehicle. Armed with a short ranged mortar, a heavy plasma or balistic cannon and 2 machine guns.

Crusher tank: Modern style tank for the flater lands.

Over Watch: High flying drones that are the CDF's eyes. No weapons and very lightly armored.

Androids: Nearly human machines. Much stronger and faster than a person.

The rest are simply improved versions of sentry bots, Mr. Gutsy's and eyebots.
Some New Misc

Spoiler:
Deployable Robot Kits

Grenade, sprinting and melee hotkeys

Ability to remove faction ids on faction clothes

Destructible terrain and buildings

There should be not color overlay. Colored overly is bad Don't do it

Haha, thanks Smile

Was hoping better weavers of words than I would give this a shot, but it was fun thinking up the weapons and ignoring any technical difficulty there would be to actually implement them closed eyes smile
